Top 5 Wrong Perception in Having Steamboat and the Right Practice

With recent popularity of eating steamboat in winter season, many people have steamboat more frequent as usual. However there is also some health conscious and healthy diet practicer and analyst complain on consuming steamboat is not healthy, potential in having high cholesterol, overheat, and even as worst as contributing cancerous element to our body. Actually there is no bad natural foods, only wrong eating methods. Here listed out the top 5 most common wrong perceptions about eating steamboat and share the right way of consuming this delicious healthy steamboat cooking.

Wrong Perception 1: Mutton and Beef has too high fat quantity level, whereas fish balls and meat balls has lower fat. The selection of ingredients of steamboat will directly impact the fatty and heat level we consume. In reality, processed fish balls, meat balls, prawn dumplings and others has more fat, high salt level, bad meat quality, at some extend the balls are blended with a lot of starch rather than the actual meat, so it really contains not much nutrition and vitamins.

Suggestion: Select skinny meat, low fat seafood, more vegetables or replace meat with bean curd to fill up the protein needed.

Wrong Perception 2: Green vegetables – more is better. All of us understood that eating more vegetables is good, so in steamboat we add lot of vegetables, soak them in until it is well done. But particularly in steamboat, green vegetables with big leaves is subjected in easier to absorb more oil from the soup, mushrooms also has the same function, hence it makes the green healthy vegetables to a high fatty and oily vegetables, no longer healthy.

Suggestion: Instead of choosing big leave green vegetables, why not select those stem type vegetables like seaweed, lotus, carrot, radish, potato, and yam. Since these type of vegetables will not absorb so much oil element in the soup, more over the high fiber in these vegetables can help to remove the oil that park inside our stomach.

Wrong Perception 3: The calorie level between different sauces are the same. Most of the time we neglected the sauces also contributed high calories into our diet, as usually we will consume a lot of sauces for better taste and flavor. Example the frequent use sauce like garlic oil sauce, sesame sauce, chilies sauce and other sauces will have easily 100 calories in 1 big tablespoon.

Suggestion: Replace these above high calories sauces with fresh cut chillies, spring onion, white pepper into soy sauce, which will reduces at least half of the calories in the sauces. You can add in 2 teaspoon of vinegar to help in dissolving fatty oil in the foods.

Wrong Perception 4: Finishing up steamboat meal with desserts or main dish (noddles, rice, etc). Usually a lot of us will finish up the steamboat with some main dish like fried rice or noodles and some sweets. Actually this is not right as we might over consume with excessive calories.

Suggestion: The right way is to consume only 60-70 percent fullness, if you want to have desserts or main dishes. If you have taken too much starch base foods, just avoid main dishes and drink some teas to help in digestion.

Wrong Perception 5: Slowly enjoy eating steamboat for hours while chit chat along. Even we understood the benefit of eating slowly, but it does not apply in eating steamboat, since the steamboat soup base once it is cooked for more than 90 minutes, the nitrite level in the soup will increase and consuming more nitrite is not good.

Suggestion: Control your steamboat eating session around one and half hours, no longer than this duration.

Hope you find this practical and useful to you all.

Type 2 Diabetes – The Effect of the Medicinal Herb Sumac on Blood Sugar Levels

Sumac is used as a medicinal herb in traditional medicine. Investigators at Iran University of Medical Science in Tehran and several other research centers in Iran and the United states, studied the effects of this medicinal herb on Type 2 diabetes.

Their study, reported on in the Iran Journal of Pharmacology Research in the fall of 2014, included 41 participants diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes …

  • 22 participants received 3 grams per day of sumac powder, while the other
  • 19 were given a placebo for 3 months.

It was found the blood sugar levels and HbA1c went down in the sumac group while remaining the same in the placebo group.

From these results it was concluded the sumac herb could possibly lower blood sugar in many people diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.

Edible sumac is a different species from the weed that causes an itchy rash – edible sumac berries are known for their tart, fruity flavor. Their red color imparts a bright appearance to foods. According to Nancy Guppy, Registered Dietitian, the tart flavor of sumac comes from vitamin C.

Try making a chickpea salad according to a recipe from the website thekitchn.com. You will need chickpeas, garlic cloves, black pepper, red onion, Sumac, chili powder, Italian parsley, lemon, olive oil, pomegranate syrup, and sprigs of fresh mint. Make a tofu Or and veggie dish with a recipe from KBlog.LunchBoxBunch.com . It calls for broccoli florets, oyster mushrooms, safflower oil, firm tofu, sumac, tamari, minced ginger, chili powder, and (sugarless) maple syrup.

From S Alfez.com/moroccan_lebanese_cuisine/recipes/middle-eastern/middle-eastern-vegetarian-recipes/sumac-fattoush.html comes a recipe for a traditional Fattoush salad with olive oil, by cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, by red pepper, radish, onions, parsley leaves, mint, lemon juice, and sumac.

Sumac powder can be found on the spice aisle of many grocery stores and in most Middle Eastern stores. Several sources also offer it online.

Edible sumac is drought resistant and grows in all 48 contiguous states in the USA. It can be grown as an ornamental plant as well as for its fruit. Many people forage for edible sumac, which can be easily distinguished from the poisonous species which produces white or yellow berries in contrast to the purple-red berries on edible plants. A pink lemonade can be made from the berries. Pick a few clusters of berries and add them to cool, not hot, water. Allow the berries to soak until the water turns pink, which can take from 20 minutes to 2 hours. Add sweetener and enjoy.

An Interesting Incident In The Life Of Swami Vivekananda

A protagonist of the Cow Protection Society had approached Swami Vivekananda seeking financial help. The Swamiji after silently listening to him said, "A terrible famine has broken out in Central India. The Indian Government has published a death roll of nine lakhs of people. Has your Society done anything to help them?" The preacher replied, "No. Our organization is exclusively meant for the protection of mother-cows and so we do not see how we can do anything in the matter. Moreover it must be their karma that had invited the calamity."

Shocked by this atrocious reply Swamiji replied, "I've not the least sympathy for those organizations which do not feel for man, which do not offer a handful of rice to save the lives of their starving brothers while distributing piles of food to birds and beasts in the name of charity and love. I believe they are of no use to society. If one goes strictly by the theory of karma, then all efforts, all struggles for anything on earth including your drive to save the cows, become utterly meaningless . It can be well argued then that the mother-cows fall into the hands of the butchers and die according to their own karma and we need not do anything about this. "

Not knowing what to say the preacher said, "But Swamiji according to our scriptures the cow is our mother!" Swamiji sarcastically replied, "No doubt you are right; who else could give birth to such accomplished children!"

The preacher failing to understand Swamiji's mind once again begged for funds for the Cow Protection Society. When he had finished Swamiji said, "I'm a sannyasin, a penniless fakir. How can I give you monetary help? But if some day I have money I shall first spend it in the service of man. Man is to be served and saved first. He must be given food, education and spirituality. If any money is still left after attending to all these human needs, perhaps something could be given to your Society. "

As a strict vegetarian I can not stand the sight of even a chick being killed. By instinct therefore I naturally tend to support the ban but then one fails to understand 'why this selective sympathy for cow?'

Ban on slaughter of cows that is being demanded is mainly driven by vested interests attempting to get political mileage and little else. As a libertarian I firmly believe there must be complete freedom of choice for everyone in the matter of food.

The Importance of Technical and Clinical Knowledge in the Sterile Processing Department

Sterile Processing is, more often than not, at least by hospital administrators and those areas which SPD serves, looked upon as merely a service department not unlike food and nutrition or environmental services. Not to discount the roles that these other areas play in the healthcare setting, for they truly are important and essential and impact patient care, sterile processing is much more than just a support service and more directly impacts patient care and surgeon satisfaction.

Sterile processing is both a clinical and technical field requiring much knowledge and responsibility. Sure, pretty much anyone can be taught how to do the job and get by at it. But in sterile processing, it is so important for the technician to understand the theory behind and rationale for what he or she is doing in the department. For example, a technician who truly has a good grasp of the principles of microbiology is going to be better equipped to work adequately in decontamination and provide a better quality product than someone who lacks such understanding.

The same is true of sterilization and sterilization validation. Yes, anyone can place something into a machine, press a button, and remove the item and send it over to surgery (but there is more to sterilization and sterilization validation that microwaving a bag of popcorn!) How much better it would be if all techs everywhere could explain how the product was verified as being decontaminated adequately to minimize microbial counts satisfactorily enough to suffice for prep and package, ensure that the product was prepared according to standard and recommended practice, assure that product was placed into a sterilizer unit properly tested and functioning according to the manufacturer's guidelines and state how they know this, that the product was sterilized at the appropriate time, temperature, pressure, and at the right sterilant saturation level, that sterilization integrity was maintained post sterilization and during transport to point of use or storage, etc.

Sadly, as most CS / SPD managers will attest, though most SPD technicians can perform the job at a "just getting by" level, many lack the technical and clinical knowledge base that would enable them to be more effective infection control and prevention specialists ( which is truly what an SPD tech is in the perioperative setting).

It is common knowledge, despite the knowledge and skill, not to mention the responsibility, required of the SPD professional, that sterile processing is an under served, under recognized, and underpaid profession. If we are to raise our standing within the healthcare community, we are going to have to start focusing on three things:

1) Education. 2) State-mandated professional certification. 3) And, perhaps even, state licensure.

The first step is education. There needs to be more educational opportunities made available and this opportunities should be both accessible and affordable. For example, professional organizations, independent initiatives such as The Central Sterile Processing Initiative, vendors, etc. should partner together (or even on their own) to produce more and better educational materials. Not more vendor-specific in-service material, not short articles that provide a few credits to keep up certification (these are all good and fine and recommended as part of the overall plan but should not be the only options) but rather a comprehensive educational paradigm shift and concomitant curriculum.

One of the most powerful ways to reach the SPD professional today is via the Internet – online courses and training, at affordable rates will be what sets the stage for the next generation of SPD professionals.

Filipino Recipes – Buchi Recipe – Pinoy Food

You can ask kids from the provinces what a buchi is and they will all tell you it is a delicious snack. It's one of my favorites when I was still a schoolgirl and I love it until now. As a mom, I prepare it at home sometimes for my family to enjoy this delicious and chewy merienda (Tagalog word for snack). You can also serve it as a dessert but most Filipinos take it during snacktime.

It is very easy to prepare and anyone who has tried frying can do it. I used to think that it is hard to get it perfect. But when I tried it (using my aunt's recipe), it was exactly how I wanted it to be. Just the same as the buchi that I bought from the school canteen when I was still a little girl.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice (soaked overnight and ground, then wrapped in cheesecloth and hung to drip)
  • 1/2 cup mongo
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup water

Cooking Procedure:

  • Boil the mongo and mash after cooking. Dissolve 1/3 cup sugar in 1/8 cup water. Add to mashed mongo and cook over moderate heat until dry. Cook then form into balls.
  • Dissolve 2 tablespoons of sugar in 2 teaspoons water.
  • As soon as the ground rice is dry, add the sugar solution and mash the mixture. Shape into small balls and flatten each small ball of rice dough in the palm. Thin out and wrap over one ball of mongo.
  • Fry in deep hot fat until brown. Drain excess oil before serving.

Should You Eat Before Giving a Presentation?

The question of whether you should eat before speaking is very individual. Some people want to eat – others do not. By the way, you are not alone in this dilemma. Most professional athletes, stage actors, and musicians do not eat a large meal before performing.

There have certainly been times in the past when I've been teaching a private session on an empty stomach and my stomach started to growl. In a situation like this, it is a good idea to have some type of snack food available like a granola bar or some fruit that you can nibble on; however, when it comes to the speech or presentation, chomping on an apple is not in the picture.

The real question is the big presentation in front of the microphone or standing at the head of the boardroom table. Good microphones today can pick up a lot of sound, especially in close range. On the other hand, if you are at the head of the boardroom table, those sitting to your immediate left and right will hear every sound your body makes.

You should definitely have something in your stomach so that it does not growl during your performance; however, the last thing you want is too much in there. Feeling full is not good when your nervousness is at its height. If you feel like you could unbutton the top button of your trousers, pants or skirt or need to unloosen your belt, you definitely overdid it.

Remember, too much food in the stomach can produce undesired audio results as well as too little!

Eating a few hours before you speak is ideal. But what happens when you are the after-dinner speaker and they have the place of honor for you in the center of the dais?

Eat lightly.
Forego dessert.
And
Do Not Drink Alcohol.

While you may think that you can handle a drink before speaking or that it may help to relax you, I beg to differ. When you drink, you lose your edge. The last thing you want in public speaking is feeling too relaxed. You need to be sharp, clear, crystallized. Alcohol allows for none of that. It dulls the senses. So stay away from liquor. Instead, drink water, coffee, tea or juice. Avoid milk products as well because they create extra phlegm. Excessive clearing of the throat while speaking is annoying and hard on your vocal folds (cords) as well.

The best advice I can give is to use common sense in your choice of foods; have something in your stomach so that you are not starving; and save your dessert for afterwards.

How to Lose Weight With “Fat Trapper” Diet Pills

As published in medical journals (American Journal of Clinical Nutrition), clinical studies have shown that "fat-trapper" diet pills containing Chitosan and fiber have effectively proven to promote weight loss and lower cholesterol. When searching for a secure and healthy way to promote weight loss, look for these ingredients in your diet pill supplement.

When the ingredients contain a natural fiber supplement, those diet pills act as a type of "fat-trapper" that is capable of trapping between 40 percent and 60 percent of the ingested fat in its gelatinous core and preventing its absorption, eliminating it with fiber . The best ingredients to look for on the bottle label will display a combination of psyllium, higher Chitosan levels when compared to typical diet pills on the market (50 mg), Karaya gum, apple pectin plantago ovata seed, glucosamine, glucomannan, and vitamin C . This combination of fibers also helps regulate your intestinal system and lower cholesterol as proven in the published clinical trials. Ideally, if the promotional material also states that their product holds patents, there are no side effects, and their product helps you lose weight while cleaning your system, lowering cholesterol, and helps you with triglicerides and controlling high pressure, all the better.

Of course, persons with allergies to any of these ingredients should consult a doctor before initiating a new regimen.

When you first start, most supplements will require you to take a two capsule serving size before each meal with an 8 ounce glass of water, starting at breakfast. Consuming a fiber supplement will help regulate and normalize your digestive system. If you do not notice a difference, you then increase the dose to no more than four capsules before each meal in most instances. The amount of weight you will lose will depend on how much fat is trapped and how much weight is lost as a result.

Typically, a proven product (look for their guarantee just in case it does not work for you) you can lose approximately three and-a-half pounds per week within 30 days without changing your diet or exercise habits. After 60 days, studies have shown over five pounds per week can be lost. However, for better results, combine your use of diet pills with a healthy diet and exercise program. And, of course, remember to always maintain a healthy lifestyle. That also means the product contains no sugar, no preservatives, and no artificial flavors.

More information will be available in the future. Product is currently sold out.

Diosmin for Circulation & Vein Benefits

Believe it or not, there is a natural ingredient from Europe that can help change the way your legs feel and the way you feel about the circulation in your legs. Whether we realize it or not, the circulation in our legs can have a huge influence on how we feel and what we do everyday and perhaps even more so every evening. The comfort level of our legs, or better said, their discomfort level at the end of the day can adversely affect our social life and fitness activities – not to mention adversely affecting our sleep. If our legs felt better perhaps we would find it easier to do the things we'd love to do, but find it so difficult to muster the motivation. As if the way our legs can feel at the end of day is not challenging enough, the changes in the circulation in our legs as we age can seem even more hopeless and discouraging. Now add to that the seeming conspiracy among fashion designers to have us exposing even larger portions of our aging legs and we have a problem that over 80 million Americans with varicose veins understand all too well. (1).

Unfortunately, about half of all American women will develop varicose or spider veins at some point in their lives (2). Not only are they unsightly, these leg problems can also cause significant discomfort. Typically, varicose veins are characterized by bulging, , sometimes painful and inflamed veins that appear primarily in the calves and thighs. Spider veins, on the other hand, show up as a web of fine lines that can make your legs look like a road map.

While age and heredity play a role in the development of varicose and spider veins, weight gain, pregnancy, menopause and the use of hormone replacement therapy can also trigger these vein problems. Making matters worse, chronic inactivity, standing for long periods of time or habitually crossing your legs can make you more prone to injured veins (2).

Conventional treatments include surgical stripping, injecting the veins with a chemical irritant or zapping them with lasers. While these approaches can remove existing varicose or spider veins, they will not prevent new ones from developing, since these high-tech treatments do not address the underlying problem of poor circulation. Worse yet, these procedures can also cause infection, scarring, nerve damage and pain (26). If these radical treatments are not an option for you, you'll be happy to hear that there is a natural approach that not only improves the appearance of these ropy, bulging veins, it also fosters leg health to prevent future problems.

Veins Explained

To understand how varicose veins develop, you need to know a little bit about how blood moves through the body. Essentially, there are two types of major circulatory vessels in the body: the arteries, which channel blood from the heart to the extremities, and the veins, which bring blood from the extremities back to the heart. Of all the veins in your body, leg veins work the hardest to carry blood back to the heart. To accomplish this difficult task, your legs are equipped with specially designed one-way valves that keep the blood moving in the right direction. As efficiently as these valves work, your legs still fight a constant battle against the natural pull of gravity. If the veins can not move the blood efficiently or the one-way valves that prevent the blood from backwashing fail to close properly, blood collects in the legs. This pooling of blood then stretches the vein, causing swelling and injury to the vein's walls (3).

Depending on the extent of the enlargement, these veins can show up as either spider or varicose veins. Spider veins are broken capillaries and small veins that appear as jagged red, or purple lines on the surface of the skin. While they are not painful, they can be extremely unattractive. Varicose veins, on the other hand, are thick veins that run deeper beneath the skin. They are far larger and much less attractive than spider veins – and they can make your legs feel fatigued, heavy, achy or even itchy. Varicose veins can also cause burning, throbbing, cramping and restlessness.

While these conditions are not usually dangerous, severe cases can lead to chronic venous insufficiency – a persistent inability of the leg veins to adequately return blood back to the heart (4). Varicose veins are also associated with the development of skin ulcers or a chronic inflammation of a vein – a condition known as phlebitis. Phlebitis is often accompanied by formation of a blood clot, a dangerous situation since the clot can move from the leg vein and travel to the lungs (2).

Get a Leg Up with Diosmin

Your strategy for battling vein problems naturally is twofold: improving circulation and strengthening the vein walls. The first and simplest measure to improve blood flow is to counteract gravity. Standing or sitting all day makes it harder for blood to move up from the legs and back to the heart. But taking a few minutes to rest with your legs higher than your heart each day allows gravity to help return blood to the heart.

Getting in shape can also help relieve varicose and spider veins – and it can even prevent new ones from forming. As we age we lose muscle tone, which adversely affects the health of our legs. Yet adopting a consistent exercise program promotes good circulation and can help to keep our leg muscles, and the blood vessels in our legs, toned. Walking, weight training, low-impact aerobics and swimming strengthen the legs and circulatory system, and help to reduce the throbbing and aching often associated with varicose veins.

What you eat can also ease unsightly veins. A low-fat diet filled with fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes and whole grains add key nutrients and fiber to your diet. Eating a fiber-rich diet reduces the chances of constipation which can contribute to varicose veins. Constipation restricts the blood as it returns to the torso through the deep veins in the legs. Straining to have a bowel movement closes off the deep veins in the legs and restricts the flow of blood as it returns to the torso. As the blood backs up, it takes another course through superficial veins, thus the streaks in the legs. Eating a fiber-rich diet alleviates and prevents constipation, helping to avoid the damage to the vascular system that can result. In addition to fiber, a diet high in fruits and vegetables also ensures adequate intake of nutrients and phytonutrients, which also help tonify the blood vessels. As a bonus, a healthy diet and exercise program can also jump-start weight loss – an important consideration since carrying too much weight creates extra pressure on your heart and blood vessels, interfering with healthy circulation (2).

To strengthen the veins themselves, take a tip from the Europeans. From Austria to France to Italy, women and their doctors have relied on Diosmin for more than 30 years to treat circulatory problems affecting the legs – and with good reason. Diosmin is a unique bioflavonoid derived from citrus fruits and is closely related to other citrus bioflavonoids such as hesperiden, quercetin, and rutin (5). Clinical trials have shown that Diosmin is highly effective in boosting circulation and strengthening the veins in the legs (5). Not only does this improve existing varicose and spider veins, it can also reduce the likelihood of future problems.

What makes Diosmin so amazing is its power to specifically target the blood vessels in the legs. Diosmin improves both blood vessel elasticity and microcirculation while relieving pain and inflammation by inhibiting pro-inflammatory prostaglandins and thromboxanes (21,24). Because of its direct action on the integrity of vein walls, Diosmin also reduces the amount of fluid that leaks out of them (21,22). Diosmin's protective benefits do not stop there. Because it is a potent anti-oxidant, Diosmin decreases lipid peroxidation and reduces free radical damage that can undermine vein health (23, 27).

In one clinical trial, people who suffered from pain and swelling due to varicose veins experienced significant improvement in their symptoms after taking Diosmin for a few months (6). A review of studies also found that, among more than 5,000 patients with vein disorders, the vast majority not only saw a reduction in their discomfort, they actually saw the swelling in their calves and ankles disappear (7). Across the board, research shows that a daily dose of 500 to 1,000 mg of Diosmin improves the health of leg veins and brings tremendous relief from pain, night cramps and leg heaviness (8,9,10,11). Both short- and long-term use of this highly effective natural ingredient comes without any side effects. It is also so safe that you need not worry about adverse interactions of Diosmin with drugs, foods, lab tests or interactions with diseases or conditions. (5).

Help for Hemorrhoids

Because Diosmin reduces swelling and bolsters vein health, it can also help people suffering with hemorrhoids – those uncomfortable varicose veins that form in the lower rectum and anus. Along with making it painful to sit, hemorrhoids can itch, bleed or protrude – and almost half of all Americans suffer from them by the time they turn 50 (12). Extensive research conclusively shows that Diosmin can safely alleviate the pain, inflammation and bleeding of hemorrhoids (13,14,15). Best of all, it offers quick relief, often working its magic within a week or two (16). Plus, Diosmin reduces the risk of a relapse (17).

Diosmin for Cancer?

While no one questions Diosmin's efficacy for treating varicose and spider veins or hemorrhoids, scientists have begun exploring other ways this potent flavonoid may boost health. Their main focus – cancer prevention – especially oral and skin cancers.

Researchers have not conclusively identified the cancer-fighting component in Diosmin, but preliminary experiments show that this flavonoid inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells (18). In two studies pitting Diosmin against other flavonoids like rutin, grapeseed extract and red wine, Spanish investigators found that Diosmin was considerably more effective at reducing the number of metastatic melanoma cells (a potentially deadly type of skin cancer cells that spread through the body) than any of the other flavonoids tested (19,20). Other studies have found that Diosmin puts the brakes on the spread of cancer cells in the mouth (25).

Although it could be years before science conclusively proves Diosmin's cancer benefit, this nutrient can not be beat for supporting vein health. Along with taking supplemental Diosmin, there are several simple strategies you can employ to encourage healthy circulation. Eating a high-fiber, anti-oxidant rich diet and getting plenty of exercise can help keep veins in top form. And remember to take a break and put your feet up every now and again.

The Simple Facts About the Amazing Hoki Fish That Produces Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Hoki is a type of fish which lives in the crystal-clear deep waters of southern New Zealand. The fish is also known by a number of other names, including grenadiers, hake, whiptails, whiptail hake, and New Zealand whiting. Its scientific name is Macruronus novaezelandiae.

The long silver fish has very tiny scales and looks similar in appearance to Gem fish. Hoki have a long wedge shaped body that is narrower at the tail, with slim fins and a -green to silver color pattern. They have huge eyes and a large protruding jaw that is a feature associated with cod and hake. The large eyes make the fish look like they are perpetually startled.

Hoki is usually sold in fillets and the thick flesh is rich in omega-3 fatty acid, making it a very healthy food. The fresh fish is creamy pink to off-white, firm, lustrous, moist flesh and without any brown markings. One of the key indicators to determine if the flesh is fresh is its pleasant smell. The flesh can be deep fried, pan fried, baked, grilled, barbecued, steamed or smoked.

New Zealand hoki is commonly used for fish and chips, minced for fish burgers and can be found in seafood extender. The fish is one of the varieties used in the McDonald's Filet-O-Fish and McFish sandwiches. It is also favored by reputable restaurants as the dense flesh holds up very well to being saut├ęd. The flavor is mild and slightly sweet, and the fish pairs well with a wide assortment of sauces and vegetables.

Hoki fish are one of the best sources of omega-3 fish oil supplements. Omega 3 fatty acids are nutrients that our body needs but can not produce. The fatty acids are good for preventing breast, colon and prostate cancer. It is also possible to reduce prostate tumor growth. Cardiovacular disease is minimized when the nutrient is taken regularly.

Omega 3 fish oil supplements can also help improve heart rhythm problems that can cause sudden death. It is also known to prevent psychotic disorders in children and adolescents. Most scientists and health professionals believe that it is the anti-inflammatory properties of the fish oil that enable it to provide so many health benefits.

In New Zealand, hoki comprise the largest commercial fish species. Because of the high volume of catch, fishing is closely monitored to ensure that the fish are not being excessively exploited.

Impotence, Infertility, and Sterility (Part 2)

Excessive ejaculation is very detrimental to overall optimal male health. Sperm contains the elixir of life (vitality) and constant loss of this special elixir causes a man to age prematurely. His hair thins, balds and turns grey, his teeth begin to fall out, his hearing and sight becomes bad, he's constantly fatigued or feeling lethargic, and prone to many sicknesses that claim his health.

Celibacy or temporary periods of sexual (or ejaculatory) fasting allows the spark plugs of the genitals to recharge (rejuvenate and revitalize), in addition to allowing sperm count and production to increase. Celibacy is also warranted to help heal from STDs (sexually transmitted diseases), which is the number one cause of chronic degeneracy of the male sex gland and reproductive system. Chronic sores, bumps, blisters, inflammation, discharges, and rashes debilitate the physical makeup of the male (and female) sex glands or organs and entire reproductive system and are greatly implicated in sterility and infertility.

Most STDs are contracted from recreational sex. God, Biblically speaking, instructed us to have "procreational" sex, but as hypocrites (to God) and loyal imps of the Adversary and his Matrix, we love to pursue and engage in recreational sex. Recreational sex is "wreck creational" (to wreck creation) and that's exactly what we are and have been foolishly doing – WRECKING God's creation, especially when you women and girls get pregnant and run to the butcher shop and get an abortion (infanticide), that many of us males are the cause (and financiers) of. I'll cover abortions and miscarriages in detail in a future article. However, you pay a hidden price for these government-approved acts of legalized murder euphemistically called "abortion" that I will pull your coat tail to (expose, bring to light).

The Adversary's Matrix keeps us ignorant and unconscious to our lower nature and manipulates us through the imbalances of our lower charkas, especially the root chakra (located at the genitals) and the sacral chakra (located under the belly button). Why do you think its high fashion today for women to wear shirts (blouses) that reveal their belly buttons? By all means am not I telling any woman to stop wearing blouses or even the most revealing clothes. Djehuty is pro freedom, liberation and choice. You do what you want to do. I'm just asking the question "do you know why you're doing what you do?" Do you know the science behind your fashion, styles, and habits? Do you know why you are piercing your belly buttons today? Do you know what the metals (gold, silver) do to your energy (including your sexual energy) and your sacral chakra? I'm simply asking a question!

Concurring with Author Stewart A. Swerdlow, blatant sexuality is all around us, from fashion to media to everyday speech. This sexuality is a deep, bright red that essentially pulls on your sexual charkas and opens them up. Using color, tone, and archetype (or symbol), these sexual chakras are systematically opened, fed, and energized, expanding them out of proportion until they have control over you. Then you are controlled and manipulated through these chakras. "But when certain people like myself suggest the use of earth's crystals and gemstones that are naturally red in color and substance which balances and protects the sexual charkas, I'm called a diviner or a practitioner of divination, an occultist, etc.

Your religious leaders and institutions and the public fool (school) system have failed to teach you the metaphysics and metaphysical aspects of life that the Adversary uses against you. Do you deny the sexual perversity, decadence, immorality (fornication and adultery) that takes place in your religious institution or settings, even amongst the officials and leaders? Why do you think sex is so out of control today, but at the same time it's used to control society (fear of contracting AIDS or STDs, fear of getting pregnant, etc.)?

Sex is connected to fear and fear is the greatest weapon of control on the masses of the people today. But moving along with our topic …

Healing Impotence

To combat or reverse impotence, eat a more vegan-vegetarian based diet and / or consume only sparse amounts of meat (white meat only). Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, raw and organic fruit, plenty of seeds and nuts (think about it, male sperm is commonly known as "seed" ie "to plant seed in a woman"; and ejaculation is commonly referred to as a " nut "or" nutting ", ie to bust a nut). The best seeds for a man to eat are pumpkin seeds (papitas) and sunflower seeds due to their rich zinc content. The male prostate gland is chiefly comprised of zinc and with every ejaculation, a man losses vital zinc.

There are a plethora of male-specific hormonal herbs that greatly help heal impotence and degeneracy of the male organ and reproductive system. Yohimbe bark, a powerful African aphrodisiac herb, greatly helps to counteract impotence by its power of increasing and enhancing blood flow to the penis greatly enhancing girth and hang time of the penis. Lycii berry invigorates the blood and can help to increase sperm count and reproductive secretions. Epimedium (Horny Goat weed), a powerful Chinese herb, counteracts premature ejaculation and improves circulation to the penis by its action of dilating the capillaries and larger blood vessels (just like Yohimbe). They do not call this herb Horny Goat weed for nothing. Epimedium has an effect that makes a man (and a woman) horny and lustful like a goat. Muira Puama, a South American herb commonly known as "potency wood", is probably the best herb in counteracting im (potence). It has a libido enhancing effect and greatly supports organ regeneration.

Ashwagandha, a powerful Indian or Ayurvedic herb, promotes sexual organ health and regeneration and also has a libido enhancing affect. Damiana, a Mexican aphrodisiac herb, greatly enhances circulation to the penis and energizes the penis. Sarsaparilla nourishes the male sex gland and system and greatly helps reverse conditions of impotence and degeneracy. I could never forget about Stiffcock Strongback. The name says it all for this West Caribbean herb! It is great for a stiff "cock" (penis) in cases of impotence and also strengthens the back which becomes degenerate from a lot of humping. Ever wanted to know why a man was said to be "sowing his oats" in regards to having sex with a woman? This saying has to do with the herb Oat or Oatstraw. Goats are very sexual and lusty creatures, and what do goats in America eat? Oatstraw (grass)! Oatstraw is excellent for the improvement of the male regenerative system.

From time to time (every 4-6 months), I make a tea with all of the foregoing herbs and some other herbs not mentioned, for maintenance of my reproductive system (and one day is all I need). It actually takes control over your body and you almost have no control over your sex organ. The penis does have a mind all of its own. God's herbs are far more effective than man's pharmaceutical drugs' (Cialis and Viagra).

I concocted an herbal compound that we sell at DHERBS called Jackrabbit to serve as a safer and saner alternative to these harmful pharmaceutical sex enhancing drugs. If you really want to conceive a child or just improve your sex life, start messing around these herbs and herbal concoctions (Jackrabbit, Male Hormonal Formula, Prostate Formula). Your impotence will be gone in a matter of days. You will become a hound dog and a lusty goat, hopefully under the right circumstances (like being in a monogamous relationship or married). You'll read the Song of Solomon in the Bible and become aroused at all of its sexual innuendos.

After all, God made the herbs for the service of man (Psalms 104: 14) and instructed man to be fruitful and to multiply and replenish the earth (Genesis 1:28). Now if God instructed us to be fruitful and to multiply and replenish the earth, and today we can not do such because we are impotent as men (and sterile or infertile as women), what does this imply? Somewhere along the line we have deviated from God's path and ordained way of life for us. The proof is in the pudding! Our sexual disorders are preventing us from adhering to God's commandment. Could our modern day high meat, dairy and starch-filled diets and fast-paced and technological-based lifestyles have something to do with this?

It's interesting in that after God instructed man and woman to be fruitful and to multiply and replenish the earth in Genesis 1:28, God comes behind this with an ordained diet for man and woman in Genesis 1:29 that is a fruitarian (fruit- based) diet:

"And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. "

Now if God instructed us to eat fruit that contains seed, how come we are eating seedless fruit today, such as seedless watermelon, seedless grapes, seedless oranges, etc.? Again, we talk and profess God, but we are the most loyal imps of the Devil or Adversary and are too blind and self-righteous to know it, but are perplexed at our modern day pathologies and disorders. I truly understand how the devil came to God walking amongst the sons of God without the sons of God having a clue that the devil was with them:

"Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them." JOB 1: 6

So getting back to our Genesis-based fruit-based diet, the terms "fruitful" and "seed" have to do with sexual reproduction. Does a man not have "seed"? Is not a woman "fruitful"? The term "infertility" derives from the Latin word infertilis, meaning "not fruitful" [in "not" and fertilis "fruitful"]. A woman who is not fruitful is said to be infertile which brings us to the topic of female infertility.

What is infertility?

Infertility (or infertile) is defined as: "The inability to produce offspring. This condition may be present in one or both sex partners and may be temporary and reversible. The cause may be physical, including immature sexual organs, abnormalities of the reproductive system , hormonal imbalance, and dysfunction or anomalies in other organ systems, or may result from psychological or emotional problems. The condition is classified as primary, in which pregnancy has never occurred, and secondary, when there have been one or more pregnancies. " SOURCE: Mosby's Dictionary, 3rd Edition (1990)

Eat plenty of artichokes and asparagus (steam them). Eat plenty of pomegranates, berries (raspberries, Lycii, vitex or chaste tree, blueberries, Goji, etc.). Eat plenty of sunflower and pumpkin seeds (uterus food). These are your fertility enhancing foods.

Women, do you know how to bless your wombs? Do you know how to prevent the psychic attacks on your womb?

Your womb is a potential internal nursery for a Rosemary's Baby which means your womb is used to produce a baby for the Devil (Adversary, Matrix). In the 1966 Roman Polanski movie "Rosemary's Baby", actress Mia Farrow unsuspectedly and unknowingly carried a baby for the Devil. These murderers, serial killers, drive-by shooters, cut-throats, and natural born killers, where did they come from? Answer: from the womb of a female!
